Barons Custom Homes was started by Mark D. Barons over 40 years ago. A lifelong New Englander, with a background in Engineering and Construction Management, Mark D. Barons is one of the most sought after residential builders in the Boston area. Mark has built beautiful, high-end homes in Boston and the surrounding areas, including historic Louisburg Square, the Boston waterfront, and upscale west suburban towns such as Lexington, Concord, Winchester and Belmont.

Mark has lived in Lexington, MA his whole life. He has been very active in the community serving as a Town Meeting Member, Board Member of the Council on Aging, Lexington Little League and others. Additionally, he has worked with Habitat for Humanity, volunteered as a coach for more than 20 years and has been an active member of many high school booster clubs.  He’s been married to his wife, Peggy for over 35 years and together they have raised four children and are now enjoying their five grandchildren, Oliver, Archie, CJ, Isabela, and Shepherd.

After graduating from Northeastern University in 2010, he began working for Suffolk Construction, becoming the youngest lead superintendent in the company’s history. Some of the large scale projects Mark has completed include the Pfizer Center for Therapeutic Innovation in Boston’s Longwood Medical center, complete renovations of the Fresh Pond Research Park, a six building research campus in Cambridge, MA,  71 top-tier residences in the heart of Pasadena, California, and two city blocks of mixed-use luxury residential and commercial space in downtown San Francisco.

After five years on the west coast, Mark came back to New England to join his father constructing high end residential homes in the greater Boston area. He and his wife Adriana are enjoying their two young children, Isabela and Shepherd.

Mark is a licensed Construction Supervisor, LEED certified, OSHA certified, a board certified Construction Safety Professional, and has been designated a Master Builder by the National Association of Home Builders.

Jack Barons

Jack completed his degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from Bryant University in 2012. Since then he has worked in large scale commercial and residential construction on both coasts for large national firms. Jack brings with with him an extensive resume of high level building experience ranging from urban high-rise mixed use complexes to 900+ luxury residential San Francisco apartments and the 5-Star Montage Resort & Hotel in Sonoma County’s wine country.

Jack is a licensed Construction Supervisor, OSHA Certified, and is a Safety Trained Construction Supervisor. He is looking forward to moving to Nashville with his wife Karlie and continuing the Barons 45 year legacy of building high quality and truly one of a kind homes.

Christine Barons

With a diverse background in art and design, Christine’s interior work has been featured by major television networks, Fortune 500 companies and residential clients all across the county.
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a B.A. in Studio Art, Christine’s creative eye for quality finishes and beautiful craftsmanship has allowed her to lend her talents to a wide variety of projects - from fast-paced television production design to individual, custom home interiors.
With a gift for collaboration and wide breadth of experience, Christine’s work is easily tailored to fit any style and budget for residential, commercial and production design projects.
